1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SynergyOS ("the Platform"), operated by Aion Data ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
SynergyOS is a multi-tenant enterprise resource planning platform providing modules for financials, CRM, supply chain management, HR management, business intelligence, and governance. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Free tier accounts are subject to usage limits described on the pricing page.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure; (d) upload malicious code or content; or (e) resell access to the Platform without written authorization.
6. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you upload to SynergyOS. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use your data only to provide the services you have subscribed to, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynergyOS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
